The following shots demonstrate the basic capabilities of the program for generation of static images, but all of the molecular representations can also be used in molecular graphics movies. Few movies are provided here due to bandwidth concerns.
Some examples are broken down into OpenGL vs. Ray-traced images. The OpenGL images show what kind of images can be rotated in 3D space for real-time visualization. The ray-traced images take from seconds to minutes to generate for each frame and are more useful for presentation quality graphics, including animations.
